We train private and public employees to meet global standards by ensuring best practices and compliance within and outside their work environment.
KiHSE Foundation (CAC/IT/No: 148369) is a premier nonprofit HSE training and certification NGO in Nigeria focused on varied Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) challenges facing Nigerians. The foundation assists SMEs in safety compliance with regards to local and international HSE regulations aimed at safeguarding corporate establishments and their employees.
KiHSE Foundation is powered by volunteers. The foundation is made up of certified volunteers responsible for public health, environmental protection and, occupational health and safety. The foundation boast of expert trainers and a friendly support team who inculcates safety consciousness and responsibility in the individuals and SMEs we enlighten and advise. Our prime objective is to train and nature young, intelligent and passionate HSE advocates, who would champion the course to a better public health, a cleaner environment and a safer workplace.

Occupational health and safety (workplace safety) has become a neglected aspect of many African industries, especially in today’s fast-paced and high-performance driven world. In Africa, as more attention is paid to, and awards given to employees' achievement and work performance, the need for personal safety becomes a second place. Most African SME employees strive for workplace excellence, not workplace safety. They ignore their health and safety for their employers' recognition and appreciation. The implication of this trend is already gradually being felt; as more workplace accidents and deaths occurs daily within the continent. However, due to the absence of an official recording and documentation system of these accidents and deaths, the society and relevant government agencies are unaware of this deadly trend, resulting in even more deaths.
We at Kivos HSE Foundation strongly believes that it is the duty of relevant NGO's and NPOs to raise awareness of this deadly trend. We provide the knowledge required to empower SMEs in preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, reminding them of workplace hazards and ensuring high-level prioritization of occupational safety at all times. Our effective training awakens employers and employees and, instils the responsibility and need to improve their working conditions. Over the years, we have garnered commendable goodwill among our students, which we owe to our dedicated and certified volunteers.

Kivos Health, Safety and Environment (KiHSE) Foundation is putting up a Free 3-days HSE Training in Benin City for Small and Medium Corporate establishments whose scope of activities requires the basic knowledge and skills of HSE.
This 3 days course would give participants a thorough understanding of safety and environmental management process through the learning and application of appropriate standards and methods to identify and minimize the likelihood of accidents, injuries and environmental impact during projects and plant operations. Ultimately, the course would equip participants in analyzing and quantifying hazards and risks to health, assets and the environment in any organization and help recommend appropriate control measures to reduce risks and guarantee safety of personnel, assets and the environment.
